City Hall Hotel Sultanahmet Istanbul

The staff at City Hall were helpful. The location of the hotel was also perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions and with a nearby tram station. Although the room was a bit small, it had everything I needed and was cleaned daily. Despite the minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend City Hall for a comfortable and convenient stay in Istanbul. I was pleased with my experience at this hotel.

The hotel was amazing and brand new! The staff was very lovely and were very good too make our stay enjoyable. The daily housekeeping was excellent, with the towels changed even when we didn't request it. The reception guys were always there to help with any questions we had. The location was perfect, with all the sightseeing spots nearby, and the tram station just a 2-minute walk away.

The only downside was the breakfast, which could have been more diverse. It was pretty much the same every day, with only a few small exceptions.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, close to all the principal monuments and attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and the Grand Bazaar. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent service. The room is cleaned daily and the breakfast spread is delicious. Additionally, the hotel offers helpful advice and suggestions for activities to make your stay even more enjoyable.

The noise from the surrounding area made it hard to sleep at night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, as it is situated in the old part of the city and is close to all the main attractions. We were able to easily explore the historical center on foot and even had a tramway nearby for longer distances. The best part was the nearby restaurant with the best local cuisine. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided.
